Sampy to join our team

This was already announced on Channel 9, but I'm happy to announce the future arrival of Sampy on our team!  Sampy has been a member of Channel 9 since near the beginning (elected as a moderator, even) and will be coming from the VB team.  Here's him retelling the story of receiving the good news virtually on his blog.  Go Bixy!
