Silverlight 1.1 on Media Center

I remember meeting Casey Chestnut from the aptly named brains-N-brawn site during PDC05.  You may remember his /cameraFlow Labyrinth game that took second place in the ShowOff competition.  It was an implementation of the old wooden version one using a webCam and a TabletPC.  The project was unique and took persistence to complete.

Yesterday, Casey posted a similar project /mceItvSilver otherwise known as Media Center Edition Internet TV using Silverlight 1.1.

A long time enthusiast of Windows Media Center Edition, Casey thought he would try using Silverlight as the UI layer for a Media Center application.  He’s posted a full write up of how /mceItvSilver was written, made the source code available and he’s hosting the prototype if you’d like to try it.
